Quick Veggie Stir-Fry with Healing Turmeric and Tahini Drizzle

Why I Love Quick Veggie Stir-Fries with Turmeric

When life gets busy, stir-fries are my answer. They’re quick, versatile, and a great way to load up on veggies. What makes this one extra special is the addition of Healing Turmeric—a mix of turmeric, ginger, lucuma, and ashwagandha. It adds warmth, depth, and powerful anti-inflammatory support to a simple, everyday dish.

I often make extra so I can enjoy the leftovers the next day. You can:

  • Add the veggies on top of a salad for lunch

  • Blend them into a creamy soup with veggie broth

  • Warm them up with rice or quinoa for another meal

It’s colorful, nourishing, and ready in under 20 minutes.
