Why I Love Green Smoothies
When life gets busy, I turn to smoothies. They’re quick, delicious, and the easiest way to sneak in powerful superfoods. Adding Daily Greens to your smoothie is like giving your body a nutrient-dense shot of detox and energy support.
Here are three of my go-to green smoothies — easy to make, nourishing, and family-approved.
🌱 Easy Green Smoothie
The one I make when I need something simple and fast.
Ingredients (serves 1):

2 tsp Daily Greens

1 banana
-
1 cup water or plant milk

Handful of spinach (optional)
Instructions: Blend until creamy.
🍍 Tropical Greens Smoothie
Refreshing and fruity — tastes like sunshine in a glass.
Ingredients (serves 1):

½ cup frozen spinach

1 cup frozen mango
-
¼ avocado
-
Juice of ½ lemon

1 cup water

Optional: contents of 2 opened Multivitamin capsules and/or 2 tsp Healing Turmeric
Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth.
🥬 Creamy Protein Green Smoothie
My favorite post-workout or mid-morning smoothie — filling and nourishing.
Ingredients (serves 1):

1 cup water
