We’re Kristel and Michael, the founders of SuperPlants. Our journey started in a challenging way—when Michael was diagnosed with cancer at just 24, we knew we had to make some major changes.
As Michael went through chemotherapy, we explored the powerful benefits of plants and natural nutrition. It was then that Kristel began experimenting with superfoods and detoxing, hoping to find ways to boost Michael's health and well-being, while also healing her own eczema naturally.
Working closely with nutritionists, we developed our first organic superfood mixes and detox programs. To our delight, these not only helped Michael recover but also sparked a passion in us to share these benefits with the world.
This passion led us to create Your Super, a venture-backed company that grew rapidly and helped millions improve their health. We built Your Super for 10 years with lots of energy and love. However, we made mistakes, lost money, and had to sell the business two years ago. We haven't been involved with it for the past year.
Now, two years and two babies (Leo & Lily) later, we’re back with SuperPlants, a 100% family-owned business, more committed than ever to bringing you the pure, natural power of super plants.
