I make a batch of these every Sunday.
Every single Sunday. Without fail.
Because by Tuesday afternoon, when I need a moment of calm and something genuinely satisfying, having one of these bliss balls in the fridge is the difference between reaching for something nourishing and raiding the pantry for something I'll regret.
Five ingredients. No baking. Ten minutes. And somehow they taste like a proper chocolate treat — rich, fudgy, slightly nutty, with a depth of flavor that comes from real cacao doing what real cacao does best.
Happy Cacao Bliss Balls
Serves: 12 balls | Time: 10 minutes + 30 min refrigeration
Ingredients:

6 tsp Happy Cacao

1 cup raw almonds

1 cup pitted Medjool dates

Optional: 6 tsp Collagen Support

Pinch of Hawaiian sea salt
Instructions:
Add almonds to a food processor and pulse until they form a rough flour
Add dates, Happy Cacao, optional Collagen Support, and salt
Process until the mixture starts to stick together and pulls away from the sides
Roll into balls about the size of a large marble (roughly 12 balls)
Place on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before eating
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week (if they last that long)
Tips for the Best Bliss Balls

Medjool dates are key — they're naturally soft and sticky, which is what holds everything together. If your dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes first

Don't over-process — you want the texture to be slightly chunky, not a smooth paste. Stop when it just starts to stick

Roll in cacao powder for a beautiful finish and extra chocolate flavour

Add shredded coconut to the outside for a different texture variation
