🍞 Protein Banana Bread Recipe 

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 cup  almonds (3 handfuls) 

  • 2 cups rolled or quick oats (5 handfuls)

  • 6 tbsp Vanilla Protein

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • Pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

  • 4 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1–2 tbsp Happy Cacao (coming soon!)

  • 1 tsp Healing Turmeric

 


 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Blend almonds and oats until you have a fine flour.

  3. In the same blender, add wet ingredients and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour wet mixture into a bowl and stir in the dry flour mixture.

  5. Add optional Happy Cacao or Healing Turmeric.

  6. Pour batter into a lined loaf pan.

  7. Bake 30–35 minutes, until golden and set in the center.

  8. Cool before slicing. Enjoy warm or room temp!
