Healthy Apple Crumble: Cozy, Clean & Naturally Sweetened
There’s something so comforting about a warm apple crumble — the sweetness of baked apples, the cinnamon, the crispy oat topping… it feels like fall in a bowl.
But most crumble recipes are filled with refined sugar, flour, and butter — which is why I created this simple, clean, plant-powered version.

🍎 Apple Crumble Recipe
Ingredients:
Fruit Filling:

4 apples, cubed
-
1 cup raisins
-
1 tsp cinnamon
Crumble Topping:
-
3 cups quick oats
-
2 tbsp maple syrup
-
1/2 cup walnuts
-
2 cups water
-
Optional: 1 scoop Vanilla Protein

Optional: 1 tsp Healing Turmeric
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a baking dish, add cubed apples, raisins, and cinnamon. Mix well.

In a bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, maple syrup, walnuts, water, and optional Vanilla Protein + Healing Turmeric. Stir until a thick oat mixture forms.

Spread the oat mixture evenly over the apples.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the top is crispy and the apples are soft.

Serve warm with a drizzle of almond butter.
