🌊 Nori Sheets (Not Just for Sushi!)

Yes, the seaweed sheets you’d usually save for a sushi night. But lately, we’ve been rolling them up with:

  • extra-soft brown rice
  • sliced avocado
  • crunchy veggies
  • or even salad greens & hummus

It’s a super quick, super nourishing snack or light lunch—and the kids love helping roll them up.

Pro tip: Add a side of tamari or sesame dipping sauce for even more flavor. Or go totally off-script and wrap raw veggies + your favorite spread!


 

🌰 Macadamia Nuts (For the Creamiest Nut Milk Ever)

We didn’t think anything could top homemade almond milk… and then we made macadamia milk.

It’s:

🥗 Mustard Tahini Dressing (aka Kristel’s Mustard Magic)

A great dressing can make anything taste amazing. We’ve been drizzling this one over grain bowls, salads, roasted veggies—basically everything.

Kristel’s Mustard Magic Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Splash of water to thin
  • Optional: ½ tsp Daily Greens powder

Whisk it, taste it, tweak it, pour it on. 🫶
