Today, I want to take you behind the scenes and share a little peek into my personal daily health ritualsāthe things I do to feel grounded, nourished, and energized. I know how much I personally love reading about other peopleās routines in detail. I always end up picking up a tip or two to try out myself.
So my hope is that by sharing whatās working for me right now, you might find a new habit to inspire your own daily rhythm too. āØ

š Morning Rituals: Starting the Day with Presence & Nourishment
My mornings are sacred. They help set the tone for the rest of the day, and even if things donāt go perfectly, these simple rituals keep me feeling more centered.
1. Sleep on a Grounding Mat
This is something new I added to my routine recently. Grounding (or earthing) helps me sleep deeper and feel more restored when I wake up.
2. Wake Up with the Kids
Our mornings begin with cuddles, laughs, and little conversations. It's the best way to start the dayāwith love and connection.
3. Tongue Scraping
A quick but powerful Ayurvedic detox ritual that helps remove toxins and freshen breath first thing.
4. Dry Brushing
I spend a few minutes brushing my skin before showering. Itās energizing and great for stimulating the lymphatic system and promoting detox.
5. Skincare Ritual
Just a few nourishing stepsāsunscreen, face oil, and gua sha. It's a daily moment of self-love and grounding.
6. Hydrate First Thing
I always drink lots of water in the morning. Itās such a simple thing, but it makes a huge difference in how I feel.

𤸠Movement & Nature: Daily Practices to Stay Energized
1. 15-Minute Floor Pilates
This isnāt intenseāitās just about waking up my body with gentle movement and flow.
2. Grounding Outdoors
I stand barefoot on the grass, take deep breaths, and let the sunlight hit my skin. Itās magical.
3. Family Breakfast
We all sit down together. I take my Daily Greens shot, multivitamin, and eat fresh fruit with a big smoothie.
Here are my two favorite smoothies right now:

āļø Midday Rituals: Light Movement, Breath & Hydration
1. Stroller Walk with the Kids
Most days I try to get in a 20ā30 minute walk. Itās a beautiful way to get fresh air, connect, and reset my mind.
2. Deep Breathing Reminders
Iām still working on thisābut I try to remind myself to pause and take a few intentional breaths throughout the day.
3. Hydration
I carry a big water bottle everywhere. Itās a work in progress, but Iām getting better at staying consistently hydrated.

š Evening Rituals (Still Evolving!)
Evenings are my most challenging time. I'm usually tired and it's easy to skip the good habits. But here's whatās helping me so far:
1. Shower Reset
I take a warm shower while Michael gives the kids a bath. It helps me reset, calm down, and shift into wind-down mode.
2. Clean Up & Close the Day
Once the kids are asleep, I tidy up and try to shut down screens at a set time to protect my rest.
3. Healing Turmeric Latte & Stretching (3x/week)
A few nights a week, I enjoy a soothing Healing Turmeric latte. Iām also trying to add 15 minutes of gentle stretching before bed to release tension.
