Motherhood Changed Everything
Before kids, I thought a baby would be a sweet addition to the life I already had. But the truth? Motherhood completely transformed me—who I am, what I like, what I prioritize. I’m still figuring out who I am as a mom. It’s a journey filled with challenges, growth, and surprising lessons.
Even my health story, which I’ve shared many times, looks different now. Between pregnancy, postpartum recovery, sleepless nights, and hormones all over the place, staying healthy and energized has never felt more important—or more challenging.
I’m not perfect, I’m only human, and I’m learning as I go. But these are a few of the practices that help me feel balanced and nourished in this chapter of life.

1. Multivitamins Are Everything 🌿
When life gets unpredictable, my SuperPlants Multivitamin is my daily foundation. It ensures I’m getting essential vitamins from real plants every day—especially important with toddler germs constantly flying around. I’ve noticed it helps me stay healthier, more resilient, and more energized.

2. Flexibility Over Perfection
Rigid routines just don’t work anymore. Instead, I keep a mental list of habits that make me feel good—like journaling, stretching, or a quick workout—and I choose what fits depending on how I feel that day. If I’ve had a rough night, I won’t force a high-intensity workout. Listening to my body is key.
3. Walk & Talk
Stroller walks are so underrated. Getting outside clears my mind, moves my body, and keeps the kids happy. When I can, I call a friend during the walk—it’s the best multitasking mood booster.
4. Do It Together
I involve my kids in the kitchen—whether it’s making Beauty Berry smoothies, green juices, or pancakes. It’s messy, but it’s fun, and it helps them learn healthy habits early. Plus, they love tasting what we make together.

5. Home Cooking Is Non-Negotiable
Cooking three meals a day plus snacks can feel like a lot—but it’s worth it. With home cooking, I know exactly what’s in our food. No hidden oils, no excessive salt, no fillers. Just simple, nourishing meals that keep us feeling good. (Also, in our house: I cook, Michael cleans. Fair deal 😉).

What I’ve Learned So Far
Motherhood is the ultimate transformation. It teaches flexibility, resilience, and patience—not just with kids, but with ourselves.
💛 If you’ve been through this kind of transformation, I’d love to hear from you.
💛 What did you learn?
💛 What do you wish you had known earlier?
We’re all figuring it out together, one step at a time.
With love and green smoothies,
