What does it taste like?

Honestly, this mix tastes green and we did not flavor or sweeten it, so it is up to you on how you like to use it. Some people love to take it in a shot maybe with a squeeze of lemon, other add it to apple juice or orange juice or Kristel loves adding it to her daily green or berry smoothies - you could even add it savory dishes like a pasta sauce.

Can I use this during pregnancy or nursing?

Kristel and past customers have used this mix during pregnancy and nursing, however always consult your healthcare provider.

Is it safe for kids?

Yes, Daily Greens is great to hide in delicious smoothies to get more greens into your kids food. Leo and Lily love it!

Why do I need superfoods?

In an ideal world we would just get all the nutrients our body needs for optimal health from the foods we eat… BUT we don’t live in an ideal world. I used to get this mixture when they owned Your Super. I'm so glad they brought it back! Other greens on the market are filled with binders and yucky stevia, not this brand. You taste greens, but its pleasant, its fresh. This one is great for digestion, inflammation support and energy.
