Recipe: Green Veggie Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped

  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 thumb-sized piece fresh ginger, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 2 tsp Daily Greens

  • 4 cups water

  • Salt + pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Add zucchini, potatoes, broccoli, ginger, garlic, and onion to a pot with water.

  2. Simmer until vegetables are soft (about 20 minutes).

  3. Stir in Daily Greens.

  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
