Lately, I’ve been making fresh juice 2–3 times a week with the kids — and it’s become one of our favorite summer rituals. Not only is it a fun way to spend time together, but it’s also a delicious way to nourish our bodies with fresh fruits and veggies.
Here are 3 simple, healthy juice recipes we’ve been loving this summer:
🍃 Green Glow Juice
A refreshing, nutrient-packed green juice that’s gentle yet powerful.

1 whole celery

2 cucumbers

1 inch fresh ginger

1 peeled lemon

Optional: add a scoop of Daily Greens for an extra superfood boost.
This one is hydrating and perfect for glowing skin and digestion support.
❤️ Beet Beauty Juice
This vibrant juice is full of antioxidants and great for circulation.

5 large carrots

1 peeled lemon

2 beets
-
1 inch fresh ginger

1 inch fresh turmeric (or stir in Healing Turmeric powder after juicing)
The deep red color is beautiful and the flavor is naturally sweet with a little zing.
🍊 Citrus Refresh Juice
This couldn’t be easier — and it’s incredibly hydrating on a hot summer day.
