Sprout Salad with Green Tahini Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
For the Salad:

2 cups mixed salad leaves

1 cup mixed sprouts

½ cucumber, sliced

½ avocado, cubed

¼ cup sauerkraut

1 tbsp capers
For the Dressing:

Juice of 1 lemon

2–4 tbsp water, to thin
Directions

In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
