Motherhood Changed Everything: My Journey to Staying Healthy, Energized, and Human

I Thought I Had It All Figured Out…

Before kids, I imagined motherhood would be a sweet addition to life as it was. But the truth? Motherhood completely changed me—who I am, what I prioritize, and even what I need to feel well.

Pregnancy, postpartum, hormones, sleepless nights, and two little humans who always need you—it’s a journey unlike anything else. Staying healthy and energized has never felt more important… or more challenging.

I’m not perfect. I’m still learning. But I’ve found a few things that keep me grounded, balanced, and (mostly) sane in this chapter of life.

 


 

My Go-To Rituals for Health and Energy as a Mom
